These terms and conditions apply to all your purchases and contain important information about your legal rights and obligations. Also includes limitations and exclusions that apply to you.
All prices listed on this site are in Australian Dollars (AUD). These terms apply to all your purchases made here at AVbyUSB.com.au. We ensure that all pricing listed on our website is true, accurate and updated on a regular basis. However, we do not hold any guarantee as prices may change any time without notice. We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control such as dollar value fluctuations, price increase from vendors etc. We at AVbyUSB.com.au reserve full rights to reject or refuse an order, adjust terms and conditions in circumstances occurring out of our control such as price increases from vendors, product discontinued or stock availability. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior written notice, hence please check these carefully each time you place an order.
It is common for vendors or distributors to run promotions or special pricing on specific hardware or products. We at AVbyUSB.com.au will advertise all the promotions made available to us and pass on discounts to our customers/clients. Vendors may finish, cancel or remove a promotion any time which is their choice. We do not guarantee nor hold any responsibility of these promotions time frames nor stock. You are welcome to check with us before placing an item.
AVbyUSB.com.au accepts payments by credit cards or electronic funds transfer (EFT). AVbyUSB.com.au does not refund or cancel orders for incorrect purchases or change of minds. We request you to check suitability of a product or speak to us to check suitability before placing an order. You can cancel the order if it has not been dispatched from our warehouse or our distributors/Vendor warehouse. Once dispatched it is not in our hands to cancel the order. If there was an agreement to take these units back, restocking fee (varies between 10%-25%) may apply.
Accepting returns is purely at our discretion. Products can only be returned if they arrive faulty or not working completely upon arrival (Dead on Arrival). In circumstances if we do accept returns, sender has to bear shipping costs and return address will be provided by us. Restocking fees may apply in some instances which is a minimum of 10%, however may vary (up to 25%) depending on brand or model or manufacturer. We expect product returned is in its original condition, if the product is deemed not in its original condition then we may at our discretion refuse to accept the return.
AVbyUSB.com.au purchases stock from multiple vendors or distributors and stock levels vary on a regular basis. AVbyUSB.com.au does not guarantee goods to be in stock. You can check with us before placing an order. Once you place the order with us and if the ordered unit is in stock , it can be dispatched at the earliest. Else we will notify you with estimated delivery time. You can wait for recommended time or can get a complete refund (within 48 hours 0f order placed). Some AV bundles are a collaboration of 2 or more brands and stock levels vary for each product. In these instances, when complete bundle is not in stock, we may organise part shipment.
AVbyUSB deals and liases with warranty issues of the products purchased from our website. We cannot assist with claims which are not purchased here. AVbyUSB.com.au purchases from multiple vendors or distributors who have varying warranty structures and time frames. Some manufactures require customers/clients to purchase additional annual maintenance that are linked to software updates of the respective hardware. We at AVbyUSB.com.au ensure correct and accurate information is provided on our website. However, if a vendor or distributor refuses to accept your warranty claim we do not hold any responsibility as it is completely up to their discretion. Some AV bundles are a collaboration of 2 or more brands (multiple vendors) and their individual warranty standards are different. You are most welcome to check with us prior to placing an order.
If you do contact us with hardware fault or issue, we can assist you with lodging a claim with respective vendor or distributor on your behalf. We will require proof of purchase, Serial number(S/N) of the unit and description of the fault. If your claim is accepted by the respective vendor or manufacturer RMA is usually created. We may ask you to send the unit directly to the vendor or distributor and customers/clients bear shipping costs if any.
AVbyUSB.com.au purchases from multiple vendors or distributors. If the product ordered is stocked in our warehouse, we can organise courier as soon as possible. Else order will be passed to respective vendor or distributor who then actions it accordingly. We require correct physical delivery address and instructions; We do not courier to PO box address. If incorrect delivery address is provided and units have already been dispatched, we do not hold any responsibility of the unit. In these instances, you are welcome to contact us and change address accordingly at these earliest. However, we cannot guarantee or take liability of the product if it is out of our control.
