Terms and Conditions
  • Demo goods are available for an evaluation period of 7 business days. If you need the units for longer period do inform your account manager.
  • Receiving party is completely responsible for demo units during the evaluation period.
  • Goods should be sent back in the way they were sent to you. Any damage to the goods or its associated peripherals will be invoiced accordingly.
  • A Proforma Invoice will be sent once the demo goods are dispatched. If goods are not returned by agreed date, AVbyUSB considers goods as sold. Invoice will be generated and sent to above specified contact details.
  • No stickers or plasters should be attached to demo goods or to the main box.
  • Goods should be returned back to us in the way they are received. Any physical or functional damages which you are not at fault will be invoiced.
  • Once the units are dispatched back to our warehouse do share us the courier tracking details so that we can track the units if required.
